Terrie has over 34 years experience in the industry. She studied all aspects of the trade and has spent many years as an all round hairstylist. This took her to London for 10 years after which she returned to Bournemouth in 2003 to continue ladies hairdressing. In 2012 Terrie decided to focus her passion for hair to ents cutting and styling and in 2015 joined forces with Tracey to open her own barber shop.

Tracey started her career at Bournemouth college 29 years ago. She trained as a hairdresser and beauty therapist. Upon leaving college she worked in the beauty industry for a while, before being invited by a friend to work in her barbershop ( although it took some persuading as she didn’t think it would be the career for her!!!). After working in a few shops over the years she realised she had found her niche, so when the opportunity arose to open her own shop she took it & in 2002 Blades of Highcliffe was opened then in 2015 Tracey joined forces with Terrie and Blades of Bearwood opened its doors. Tracey works between the two sites and still has a passion for her trade so likes to be very hands on still whilst running the shops.
